一、故障診斷及(ji)處(chu)理
1、誤動作或動作失靈(ling)
原因和處理方法有以下幾(ji)種:





1、液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸設計間(jian)(jian)隙不(bu)當產生的(de)(de)低(di)速爬行(xing),液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸內部活塞和(he)缸體(ti)、活塞桿和(he)導向套(tao)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)滑(hua)動(dong)配合(he)間(jian)(jian)隙太大,引起(qi)滑(hua)動(dong)面的(de)(de)受壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)均勻(yun)(yun)(yun),造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)摩擦(ca)力不(bu)均勻(yun)(yun)(yun),引起(qi)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸低(di)速爬行(xing);滑(hua)動(dong)配合(he)間(jian)(jian)隙若太小(xiao),加上零部件制(zhi)造(zao)存在公(gong)差,也(ye)會引起(qi)滑(hua)動(dong)面的(de)(de)受壓(ya)(ya)不(bu)均勻(yun)(yun)(yun),造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)摩擦(ca)力不(bu)均勻(yun)(yun)(yun),引起(qi)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸低(di)速爬行(xing)。

2、液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)內(nei)導(dao)向元(yuan)件摩擦(ca)力不(bu)(bu)均勻產生的低(di)速(su)爬行,液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)常(chang)用的導(dao)向材料有QT500.7、ZQAL9-4、非金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)支撐環(huan)等(deng),特別是非金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)支撐環(huan)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)不(bu)(bu)均勻,一些非金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)(shu)支撐環(huan)隨油溫(wen)變化(hua)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)增大或減小,即在油液(ye)中(zhong)尺(chi)(chi)寸(cun)穩(wen)(wen)定性差(cha)直接造成(cheng)配合(he)間隙的變化(hua),很容易造成(cheng)液(ye)壓(ya)缸(gang)的速(su)度(du)不(bu)(bu)穩(wen)(wen)定。
零(ling)部件(jian)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du)的影(ying)響問題,在(zai)液壓(ya)(ya)缸(gang)(gang)的制(zhi)造過程中(zhong)應嚴格控制(zhi)缸(gang)(gang)體內(nei)壁和活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)表面加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)精度(du)(du),特(te)別是(shi)幾何精度(du)(du),尤其直(zhi)(zhi)線度(du)(du)是(shi)關鍵,在(zai)國(guo)內(nei)加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝中(zhong),活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿(gan)表面的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)基本(ben)上是(shi)車后(hou)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue),保證直(zhi)(zhi)線度(du)(du)問題不(bu)大,但對于(yu)缸(gang)(gang)體內(nei)壁的加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),其加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方法很多,有鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-滾(gun)壓(ya)(ya)、鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-珩磨(mo)(mo)、直(zhi)(zhi)接珩磨(mo)(mo)等,但由(you)于(yu)國(guo)內(nei)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的基礎水平較國(guo)外有差(cha)距(ju),管材(cai)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)直(zhi)(zhi)線度(du)(du)差(cha),壁厚不(bu)均(jun)勻、硬(ying)度(du)(du)不(bu)均(jun)勻等因素(su),往(wang)往(wang)直(zhi)(zhi)接影(ying)響缸(gang)(gang)體內(nei)壁加(jia)(jia)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后(hou)的直(zhi)(zhi)線度(du)(du),因此建(jian)議(yi)采(cai)用鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-滾(gun)壓(ya)(ya)、鏜(tang)削(xue)(xue)-珩磨(mo)(mo)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,如直(zhi)(zhi)接珩磨(mo)(mo),則必(bi)須首先(xian)提高管材(cai)坯(pi)料(liao)(liao)的直(zhi)(zhi)線度(du)(du)。

在允許的情況(kuang)下(xia),液壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)的缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)壁厚安全系數(shu)盡量選(xuan)大(da)一些(xie),使缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)厚壁增加,特別是高壓(ya)工況(kuang)下(xia)使用的油缸(gang)(gang),以減小油壓(ya)下(xia)的缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)變形(xing),變形(xing)后的缸(gang)(gang)體(ti)也會引(yin)起液壓(ya)缸(gang)(gang)低速爬行(xing)。
